Cheryl uses colour and texture to express emotions in her art. Cheryl always enjoyed a variety of crafts and after retiring, began formal art lessons. Initially Cheryl focused on glass creations including panels, lamps, dishes, and fused glass art and jewelry.  

Cheryl transitioned to painting and enjoys creating acrylic and mixed media  paintings. She continues to expand her eclectic style through experiment with new techniques, concepts and materials.  She enjoys painting abstracts, fanciful flowers, occasional land and seascapes and cheerful paintings for kids of all ages.
